Cleric Soothing Glow ability.[1]
This is a bread-and-butter regen spell. You have three charges of it. You can either stack them all on one target and they don't stack in healing, but they will stack in duration. So if you just want like a really long duration heal on your tank or regen on your tank, then you could do that; or you can spread it out for more effective healing per second by having them all tick simultaneously on three different targets.[1] – Tradd Thompson

- Apply a healing over time effect to target ally. Reapplying this effect extends its duration on the target by its base duration value.[1][2]
